Executive summary

As of 3 July 2026 the recovery has moved from planned to delivered: Lufthansa (Frankfurt), ITA Airways (Rome, 2× daily) and airBaltic (Riga) resumed Tel Aviv service on 1 July as scheduled, and Terminal 1 began handling international departures the same day. The US–Iran ceasefire framework held through the week — delegations met separately in Qatar on 1 July and agreed to continue talks within the 60-day window (to ~mid-August) — and the 20 June Israel–Hezbollah ceasefire continues to calm the north. No advisory levels have moved since Canada’s 25 June refresh.
